VORTEKZ Club Rules

1. Adults only and respect

VORTEKZ is for people aged 18 or over. Treat members, guests, staff, and service providers with respect online and at club events. Do not use profanity, insults, slurs, sexualised remarks, nudity, or sexually explicit content. Do not threaten, bully, harass, stalk, discriminate, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.

2. Privacy and consent

Do not reveal another person's identity, address, contact details, private conversation, membership status, location, or club attendance without permission. Do not record or photograph someone in a private setting without their consent. Do not download, copy, screenshot for redistribution, forward, or share another member's media or club-only information outside its intended audience without permission from the owner and anyone depicted. Respect event-specific photography rules and requests not to be photographed.

3. Honest and lawful participation

Use your own account and accurate details. Do not impersonate others, forge invitations, promote scams, spam members, solicit without permission, sell illegal or restricted goods, or organise unlawful activity. Do not post material you do not have rights to use. Do not bypass platform protections, collect member data at scale, or move a conversation off-platform to evade a safety restriction.

4. Meetings and events

Follow host and venue instructions, capacity limits, and applicable law. Seek clear consent before physical contact. Do not pressure others to drink, spend money, disclose private information, or participate in an activity. Report immediate danger to local emergency services first, then notify the club. Organisers may remove a participant from an event when reasonably needed for safety.

5. Reports and consequences

Report concerns through the available platform channel or vortekzgh@gmail.com, with enough detail for a fair review. Do not make knowingly false reports or retaliate against someone who reports in good faith. Club staff may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access proportionately, and may act immediately for serious risk. Where practical, affected members will receive a reason and a way to request review. We may refer suspected crimes to appropriate authorities.

6. Updates

The club may update these Rules with a new dated version and notify members of material changes. Use of the platform after a required renewed acceptance means the new version applies from its stated effective date.
