VORTEKZ Media Policy

1. What may be uploaded

Members aged 18 or over may upload media only to features and audiences they are authorised to use. Upload only work you created or have permission to use, and obtain consent from identifiable people where required. Never upload nudity, sexual or exploitative imagery, profanity in captions or audio, threats, hate content, graphic violence, illegal material, private documents, or media that exposes another person's safety or location without consent. Content involving a minor must not be uploaded to the club platform.

2. No downloading or sharing others' media

Club media is intended for the audience shown in the platform. Do not download, screen-record, copy, screenshot for redistribution, repost, forward, publish, sell, or share another person's media or club-only material outside that audience unless you have express permission from the rights holder and every identifiable person whose permission is needed. A member's ability to view media is not a licence to redistribute it. Do not strip attribution or use media to harass or embarrass someone.

The platform may disable ordinary download controls and apply other deterrents, but no technical measure can guarantee that a viewer cannot take a screenshot, use another device to record, or otherwise make a copy. Share only material you are comfortable showing to the selected audience and report misuse promptly.

3. Ownership and platform licence

You keep ownership of your uploads. You grant VORTEKZ a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and transmit them to the audience you choose and to moderate, secure, and operate the service. This does not give VORTEKZ a general right to use your likeness or media in external advertising. Deletion removes media from ordinary display, subject to limited backup, evidence, and legal retention described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Event photography and promotion

Event organisers must give advance notice of planned photography or recording and respect reasonable opt-out arrangements. A member's acceptance of this Media Policy does not consent to promotional use of their image, voice, or name. VORTEKZ must obtain separate, specific permission before using identifiable member media in public marketing. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting vortekzgh@gmail.com, subject to uses already lawfully completed.

5. Reports and enforcement

If your rights or privacy are affected, contact vortekzgh@gmail.com with the media location and your concern. We may temporarily hide disputed media while reviewing it, request evidence of rights or consent, remove it, and apply the Club Rules. We will provide a review route where practical and will respond to lawful rights requests. Do not file knowingly false ownership claims.
